CNC Milling
At Fastec, we have the latest in multi axis milling technology. Our 3-4 axis milling stations can create almost any part possible, up to a maximum size of 1.2m x 0.550m x 0.500m. This is achievable both as one offs and in large batch quantities.
CNC Turning
Our skilled turners have the benefit of working on the latest machines, most of which have live tooling. Our fixed head lathes can create parts from 12.7mm - 550mm diameter with a maximum length of 1 metre.
Sliding Head
We currently have 4 sliding head machines, creating parts up to 32mm diameter, all of which have live tooling and sub spindles.
Inspection
Each component manufactured undergoes a vigorous inspection process before it is sent out. We have a highly accurate co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) as well as a shadow graph and a vast array of other measuring and gauging equipment. All of this ensures that we maintain a high degree of accuracy through all of our work, as well as keeping our clients happy.
